Past Programs
In 2007, the Public Welfare Foundation's Board of Directors chose to focus on the primary program areas of Criminal and Juvenile Justice, Health Reform, and Workers' Rights. The Board decided to phase out prior programs in Civic Participation, Community Development, Environment, Human Rights and Global Security, Reproductive and Sexual Health, and Youth. Grants under those prior programs are no longer being made.
